I have a huge jar full of pistachios that I got from the store for sale. They are my favorite nut due to the fact that they are so healthy for you. I eat them alone or put them in my salads. However, I have never thought about putting them with yogurt before. Does the yogurt make them soggy or are they able to retain their hardness? That is something that would be a concern to me, but perhaps I could find another fruit or dairy option to pair them with.

Hi Raylin, I add the pistachios right before I eat it so they keep their texture very nicely. That is why you will see the photos that have a little solo cup containing the yogurt toppings so they stay nice and fresh.
