I find that prepping as much as I can a head of time on the weekends keeps me on track. So I buy all my groceries prep my veggies and even prepare a couple of meals if they are make ahead options. This minimizes the amount of work I have to do when I get home from work each evening and makes it easier to prepare healthy meals. Best of luck!
