It’s the weekend…finally! This week has been crawling by soooo slowly as i have been waiting for some exciting news in my personal life. Not to mention I wasn’t feeling very great at the start of the week. All’s well that ends well though, because I finished the week on a high note with my birthday. I am officially 31! It really is scary to think how fast time has flown by. I remember my early twenties like they were yesterday and I thought I had all the time in the world for things.
It is finally starting to settle in that I am not what most people define as “young” anymore. I know it is all relative, and I am not one to care about my age, but it is just shocking how time feels like it has gotten away from me!
One thing we can do to keep time on our side is eating wholesome meals and staying healthy, so I’m excited to share this week’s installment of our Healthy Weekly Meal Plan!
