A delicious mix of healthy entrees, snacks and sides make up this Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #79 for an easy week of nutritious meals your family will love!
Do you track your workouts and activity to go along with eating healthy meals from our Healthy Weekly Meal Plan? I had a FitBit back in the day but tired of it quickly. It was beneficial to sync up and compete with my sister though. I recall countless times I would be walking circles around my house trying to get my steps in for the day!
I had lots of points leftover at Dell.com from purchasing my new laptop and decided to get a heart rate monitor and activity tracker with them. I ended up getting the Samsung Gear Fit2. I literally just pulled it out of the box and am excited to give it a try. Does anyone else have this one and any words of advice? I will let you know what I think of it after giving it a try for a few weeks!
Stop back every Saturday for your weekly fix of daily entrees as well as a breakfast, lunch, snack and dessert! Just click on the photo or link to see the recipe. For even more healthy meal inspiration, check out our Healthy Weekly Meal Plan Archives HERE!
