Apple Bundt Cake is a family favorite, with its moist cinnamon batter and large chunks of tart apples that are plucked right from the trees on our farm. I went on and on about the fantastic apple tree on our property when I shared these Apple & Cream Cheese Puffs with Dulce de Leche, and this is just one more of the many ways we like to enjoy the sweet apple harvest of fall.
Despite it being fall and all of the men in our family being pretty busy on the farm, my little sister is getting married this coming weekend. She is the baby of the family, so only she could get away with picking a fall date for her wedding. It is hard to believe that she is grown enough to be tying the not. Just yesterday it seems like we were still living at home fighting with one another over the silliest of things. I’m excited for her, that she found a wonderful guy who not only treats her great but can put up with her. 😉 That is no small feat people!
