Ingredients
- 1 c. fresh cherries pitted
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. almonds chopped
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add cherries, brown sugar, almond and cinnamon. Stir over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, or until it starts to caramelize.
- Remove from heat and top pancakes or ice cream with cherries.
