It is St. Patrick’s Day this week and we have lots of festive treats to help you celebrate! From rainbow Jello cups to green sandwich cookies, we have some lightened up treats that you can enjoy without blowing your day!
In my small town, St. Patrick’s Day is celebrated to the hilt! They host a big parade, a mulligan stew meal, and of course consume LOTS and LOTS of beer! While our town was established by mostly Irish citizens, these days, most of the people celebrating on the big day are ‘honorary Irish’. 😉 I hope you have a chance to celebrate the day, whether it is making a special treat for you and your kids or sipping a cold beer in honor of it.
