~ HEALTHY WEEKLY MEAL PLAN ~
It has been a fun and hectic day today! Sorry for the late meal plan in the day but I was spending time with the family and things got away from me. This morning I went golfing with my dad and sister and I eeked out a win over my sister by ONE point. You should see how crazy competitive we are. On the last hole we were tied and we were both cheering for the other to to screw up…woops! Competitiveness is just something in our genes.
After a round of golf we swung by the house and had BLTs for lunch. They just aren’t the same without garden fresh tomatoes. I can’t wait until the tomatoes are in season. There is nothing like the flavor you get from a home grown tomato in the middle of the summer!
After lunch we made our way to Watertown, SD to join my brother and his family at the water park. We got some good sun, cooled off in the water and had some fun with our family. All in all it was a great day! Now on to more great things, this Healthy Weekly Meal Plan.
