A delicious mix of healthy entrees, snacks and sides make up this Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #49 for an easy week of nutritious meals your family will love!
Happy 4th of July weekend everyone! The fourth is one of my favorite holidays because there are so few expectations placed on it. Whether you spend the days with friends or family, at the lake our in your backyard, it is a warm and relaxing weekend that is sure to be fun!
Planning of the food tends to be super low-maintenance in our household as well for the holiday. We usually go with something super quick and easy like brats while we are out on the lake. This year I am going to step up my grill game and make some amazing Teriyaki Turkey Burgers with Grilled Pineapple and Onions. I am drooling just at the sight of them already.
Whether you enjoy and adults only party with lots of drinks or shoot off fireworks with your kids, I hope you have a great long weekend with your loved ones!
