This week is full of super light vegetable packed dishes! From a rustic panzanella salad to a green bean salad and hearty sweet potato hash, you will certainly get your does of veggies in this week. If you need a little more protein in your meals, you can always add a grilled chicken breast, pork loin or steak to any meal to make it a filling and delicious entree.
I go in phases with meat. Sometimes I just HAVE to have it with every single meal to feel satisfied, while at other times I am happy to munch on a veggie packed salad or a meatless pasta dish for example. Either way you like your meals, it is easy to alter it with the addition of some added meat.

~ HEALTHY WEEKLY MEAL PLAN ~
