Light & Creamy Feta Dill Salad Dressing is a healthy recipe made with Greek yogurt that is loaded with flavor and perfect for salads or served as a vegetable dip.
Light & Creamy Feta Dill Salad Dressing
Light & Creamy Feta Dill Salad Dressing adds so much flavor and creaminess to your healthy salad or makes a great dip for veggies. Toss together a quick salad with some spinach, tomatoes, olives and tomatoes with this easy dressing or serve a vegetable platter with a side of this creamy dip for something a little different. It is perfect in this Creamy Greek Chicken Salad!
How to make Light & Creamy Feta Dill Salad Dressing
This Light & Creamy Feta Dill Salad Dressing is so easy to make, it is a must-try! Simply add the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, feta, dill, mayo and spices in a jar and blend it up using your Immersion Blender. While the mayo isn’t the healthiest of ingredients, it is an important one. The tablespoon of mayo helps balance out the flavors and adds minimal fat. When you skip fat all together in recipes like these, it usually feels like something is missing in the flavor profile.
Pop the lid on the jar and store the dressing in the refrigerator until the yogurt reaches it’s expiration date. This easy Greek yogurt salad dressing is sure to be used up before it expires though, because it is so versatile. It is great on a simple garden salad, a hearty Greek salad or simply as a veggie dip.
Easy Greek Yogurt Dressing
Just like this Light Bleu Cheese Dressing that is made with Greek Yogurt, Light & Creamy Feta Dill Salad Dressing is equally amazing and adds the same creamy element to your salads. Light salad dressings don’t always have to be a light vinaigrette. Don’t get me wrong, I love my staples like Cilantro Lemon Vinaigrette and Light Apple Cider Vinaigrette, but sometimes you just want something a little more substantial to finish off your salad full of healthy vegetables and lean protein.
Instead of grabbing for a store-bought bottle of Caesar or ranch that is full of who knows what, make your own salad dressing. They are so easy and you can control exactly what goes into them!

This is absolutely the best!!!
I am on weight watchers and I’ve been looking for the store feta dill dressing and came across this recipe!! Made it this morning!! And it’s so yummy!! I like to add this to my grilled chicken wraps and well anything that calls for Mayo just to cut the fat and oh the flavor it adds!
To lower the point on WW I did the lite Mayo and also added a bit of water to thin it a little
Thanks! I will be sharing!

Oh I just made it , superb dressing and this is really unique dressing I have tasted so far , thanks a lot. Cant find greek yogurt where I live , so I used regular plain 3% yogurt, I don’t have immersion blender either , so I used regular blender, the dressing came out watery ! Then I added some canola oil and blended again, result was better consistency but not perfect . Perhaps there is better way to fix the consistency. Anyway , its really good dressing .

I wanna make it , can you tell me the yogurt amount in cup ? If I want to use fresh onion as opposed to onion powder then how much fresh onion should I use for 1 tsp onion powder ?

It’s roughly 1/2 cup of yogurt. I would try 1 Tbsp. of finely diced fresh onion in place of the onion powder.

Btw , I also added bit of avacado which gave a different dimension to the dressing .
