Roasted Red Pepper Ranch Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz. light cream cheese
- 1/2 c. non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. Hidden Valley Ranch Dips seasoning
- 1/2 c. roasted red peppers in water roughly chopped
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 3 green onions
Instructions
- Add everything to a food processor and puree until smooth.
- Serve with vegetables and crackers.

Is it a typographical mistake that calls for 1/2 cup of red pepper flakes? I just made this dip and used 1/2 teaspoon.
