Air Fryer Salmon With Lemon And Dill

This easy Air Fryer Salmon seasoned with fresh lemon and dill is a simple 3 ingredient weeknight dinner recipe that is healthy and delicious. Tender and flaky salmon fillets are ready in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 4 center-cut salmon fillets
  • 2 lemons, sliced into ⅛” thick slices
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons dill, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay the lemon slices in the clean air fryer basket to create a bed for the salmon fillets. Place the salmon fillets skin side down on top of the lemon slices and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with dill and season with salt and pepper. 
  2. Cook the salmon at 375F for 8-10 minutes or until it is bright pink and flakey and has an internal temperature of 145F. 
  3. Remove from the fryer and serve with a squeeze of the cooked lemon slices over the salmon.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
