Turkey Bacon Swiss Crescent Rolls

These easy Turkey Bacon Swiss Crescent Rolls are an easy 5 ingredient, 30 minute dinner recipe made with leftover turkey, which are sure to be a hit with the whole family!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces deli sliced turkey OR 2 cups leftover turkey
  • 8 slices swiss cheese (10 ounce package)
  • 1 tube crescent rolls
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Arrange the bacon on a plate lined with paper towels. Cover with a paper towel and microwave for 3 minutes or until it is partially cooked. (About 80% done) Thicker bacon may need a couple extra minutes.
  3. Separate the crescent rolls into 8 triangles on a greased sheet pan. Top each crescent with one slice of turkey, a slice of swiss cheese and one slice of partially cooked bacon.
  4. Roll the crescents up and top with the optional sesame seeds. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes until the crescents are golden brown.
