Easy Chocolate Fondue

If you are looking for an easy dessert that will impress your guests, this Chocolate Fondue is the perfect recipe! A simple two ingredient salted chocolate ganache is served with fresh fruit, cookie and pretzel dippers.

Ingredients

Chocolate Fondue

  • 12 ounces dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • OPTIONAL - up to 1 teaspoon sea salt

Dippers

  • Fruit, crackers, cookies, pretzels, etc.

Instructions

  1. Add the chocolate and cream to a double boiler. Whisk over low heat until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  2. Stir in the optional sea salt 1/4 teaspoon at a time if you would like.
  3. Serve in a warming dish or fondue pot on low with dippers. Enjoy!

Notes

If you don't have a double boiler, add the chocolate and cream to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, whisking each time until the chocolate is melted.
